has acquired Leica Microsystems' "Dental / Surgical Telescope
Products from Leica Microsystems SOM division of Buffalo NY.
All products will be marketed through its Eagle Optical Division. Eagle Optical's parent
company is an ISO-9002 registered OEM supplier to Leica Microsystems and
Reichert Ophthalmic Instrument Co. Eagle Optical's products will
continue to be manufactured and assembled to the highest quality standards.
Eagle Optical intends to immediately begin expanding its products to include
additional magnifications and an array of newly styled frames and a family
of accessory light sources.
