When you call Eagle Optical Repair you are calling in on a direct line to a technician who understands your product and its proper operation. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. Our service department is also open on most Saturdays for limited hours, but we are unable to respond to phone calls in order to get devices repaired and shipped back to  customers in a timely manner. By calling or sending an email we will be able to give you an idea of possible repair cost, furthermore a technician will be able to answer any other questions or concerns you may have about repair times, warranty, payment methods, etc. There are no complicated phone menus to navigate, no transferring to another department, long periods of time on hold, or cumbersome automated phone questions to answer when you call.
