When you call 941-584-7905, your call will be answered by a tech who is knowledgeable about all products we repair, as well as repair costs.

How much will you charge to repair my device?
There is no easy answer, but we try to give an accurate approximate cost based on the description or symptoms you describe.

We have received Loupes that have been put in an autoclave, yet the customer described the problem simply as “Blurry & adjustment is difficult. It’s quite common to see LED cables chewed by pets.

What is the turnaround time? 
Over 90 – 95% of repairs we receive are completed & shipped in 2 days or less.

How long before I get my device back?
Delivery times are based on the carrier’s estimates. We have no control over them.

How much do you charge for a Diagnostic Service?
There is no charge for diagnosing the problem with your device.

How do I pay your Invoice? 
We only accept PayPal for payment. After repairs are complete, you will receive an invoice via email.

What does shipping cost?
We charge the actual shipping cost plus $3 for packaging materials.

An alternative we offer is that you may choose to send a prepaid shipping label with your device, in which case, you will only be charged $3 for packaging supplies only.

Can a PayPal invoice be paid with a credit card?
You can pay an invoice by clicking “Pay Now” in the email sent to you. Click for Paypal instructions

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay.
