Return / Exchange Policy

 

We want your experience with Eagle Optical Products to be enjoyable. All products are inspected for manufacturer’s defects prior to shipping. Please follow these simple instructions carefully to ensure your highest satisfaction. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at 1 888 318-2020. We will be happy to answer any of your questions promptly, and guide you through the exchange or return process as needed.

General Information

bulletWe will accept returns for all products we sell, with the exception of gift certificates
 
bulletWe will gladly exchange products that do not fit properly for the appropriate size for 90 days. No restocking fee is charged for exchanges and we will pay for the shipping of the new product back to you.
 
bulletReturns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for orders placed outside of the Continental United States. We will accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of purchase for orders placed within the United States. All sales are final after that.
 
bulletFor returns, if you follow the following instructions properly, we will credit you the cost of the loupes, minus shipping charge, and minus a 15% restocking fee.

Instructions for returns or exchanges

  1. All products must be in excellent, as-new condition.
  2. All products must be in their original packaging, with original insert instructions.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for orders placed outside the Continental United States. (14 days for orders within the continental U.S.) "Initiated" means that you must contact us to receive an RA — see next item.
  4. You must contact Eagle Optical Products for a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please contact us toll free at 1 888 318-2020
  5. When we give you the RA, we will also give you an address to which to send the product. Please note: this return address is not the same address of the factory from which your product was sent. That is why it is very important to contact us first, before returning the product. We recommend that you ship the product by UPS, Insured - this ensures that the product will get back safe and sound, plus we will be able to track it if there are any problems. The product must be received within 7 days of the issue of the RA, except for international orders, which will be accepted up to 14 days after the RA is issued. Failure to receive the product within this time frame could result in refusal of the return.
  6. Once we have received your product, and documented that it is in excellent condition as detailed above, we will issue a refund to your credit card. This usually takes two (2) weeks from when we receive the product. The refund we issue covers the purchase price of the product, plus tax, if applicable, minus a 15% restocking fee. The shipping charges to you (and back to us) are non-refundable. If the product is not in good condition, we will contact you and arrange to send it back to you, if you desire.
  7. If you sent the product back for an exchange (e.g., wrong size or style, product malfunction), we will send the new product back to you at our cost.
